Site Investigation and Analysis

The NWT Art Centre Initiative is working to establish and maintain a non-commercial art gallery, community gathering space, and art collection in Yellowknife. The new facility will provide opportunities for making, sharing, and learning about Northern and Indigenous art, craft, and culture, celebrate the creativity of the people of the Northwest Territories, and encourage visual artists to pursue their passion and livelihood in the North.

We are currently seeking proposals for site investigation and analysis of several identified sites as well as a final recommendation report for the development of a new NWT Art Centre facility in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

The deadline for submissions is June 28, 2024.
